During the meeting, participants exchanged a variety of opinions on topics such as local companies’ workforce needs, current issues regarding employment for high school graduates, nurturing talent tailored to the characteristics of each company, and career development plans to support stable growth after employment.
Ulsan Eliya Hospital was certified as a 'Leading Company for On-Site Training' after a rigorous review by the Ulsan Metropolitan Office of Education, and currently employs 11 graduates from vocational high schools. In November of this year, two students from a local health high school who are about to graduate also joined on-site training programs.
Im Miyoung, Administrative Director of Ulsan Eliya Hospital, who attended the meeting, stated, "The employees hired through on-site training so far have demonstrated excellent work abilities and have received positive evaluations from those around them, so I am very satisfied. As the demand for personnel is expected to increase due to the hospital’s planned expansion, we plan to further improve the training environment so that we can actively recruit and nurture outstanding local talent through close cooperation with the Ulsan Metropolitan Office of Education and local health high schools."
