Goheung County Wins Two Awards at the 2025 SNS Awards
Proving Excellence in SNS Communication
Goheung County in South Jeolla Province announced on the 1st that it received the Grand Prize in the Twitter category and the Excellence Award in the Instagram category at the 11th 2025 SNS Awards, which took place on November 26 at the International Conference Hall of the Korea Press Center in Seoul.
The 11th 2025 SNS Awards is hosted and organized by the Korea Social Content Promotion Association and sponsored by the Ministry of Science and ICT. The awards evaluate the operation and communication performance of SNS channels in both the private and public sectors to select outstanding organizations. The event is held annually to recognize organizations that actively engage in communication through SNS and to promote the proper use of SNS culture.

County Governor Gong Youngmin stated, "This award is the result of communication-based administration built together with our residents," adding, "Rather than simply following trends, we will further enhance our communication competitiveness by providing easily understandable policy information and attractive cultural content that reflect Goheung County's unique identity."
