HanaTour Strengthens 'Hana Pack 2.0 Premium' Services
Expansion of Differentiated Services for Premium Customers
Exclusive Consultations, Dedicated Call Center, and Priority Airport Meeting
HanaTour announced on December 1 that it will strengthen exclusive services for customers of its 'Hana Pack 2.0 Premium' product.
Dedicated staff will be assigned to customers who book the Hana Pack 2.0 Premium product, providing differentiated premium services such as exclusive consultations, a dedicated call center, and priority airport meeting services.
Before departure, a dedicated Hana Pack 2.0 Premium consultant will conduct pre-trip consultations to identify each customer's preferences and needs. If necessary, detailed personalized services such as seat assignments for senior travelers and assistance with electronic entry declaration forms will be provided to enhance convenience. After returning, customer satisfaction will be managed through a follow-up call. In addition, customers can inquire about any questions they may have during the travel preparation process, from product consultation to departure, at any time through the exclusive call center.
At Incheon Airport, a separate priority airport meeting service is also operated exclusively for Hana Pack 2.0 Premium customers. During the airport meeting, customers can receive guidance from dedicated staff at an exclusive table, allowing for a more comfortable and expedited check-in process. This service is currently available at both Terminal 1 and Terminal 2 of Incheon Airport, with plans to gradually expand to regional airports.
Additionally, a variety of brand partnership benefits are offered. In December, Hana Pack 2.0 Premium customers departing from Incheon Airport and Gimhae Airport will receive a 'Safety & Joy Hygiene Kit' in partnership with Clean & Country, on a first-come, first-served basis. Until March next year, Hana Pack 2.0 Premium customers departing from Incheon Airport will be provided with a Shinsegae Duty Free Incheon Airport voucher worth a total of 120,000 won.
