GM Korea Vice President Meets with Chevrolet Sales and Partner Service Center Representatives
GM Korea announced on November 30 that Gustavo Colosi, Vice President of Sales, Service, and Marketing, recently met with representatives from the domestic sales and service network and expressed his commitment to expanding domestic sales and improving service quality.
The meeting was held at the Chevrolet Sinchon dealership, with representatives from the GM Korea Dealer Council and the GM Korea Partner Service Network Council in attendance.
Vice President Colosi emphasized, "More than 380 partner service centers nationwide are already handling over 92% of all customer service volume, meaning that the partner service network is currently providing more customer service than the directly managed service centers." He added, "Let us continue working together to build a stronger and more competitive future."
Kim Yongho, Chairman of the GM Korea Partner Service Network Council, also stressed, "More than 380 centers are ready to provide standardized, high-quality service, and even in regions previously covered by directly managed service centers, we can maintain Chevrolet's high service standards and customer trust."

Instead, the company will continue customer service operations centered around the approximately 380 partner service centers, while employees currently working at the directly managed service centers will be reassigned to other roles within GM Korea.
