The Ansan City Job Center has deployed a total of 36 career counselors at City Hall, the Employment Welfare Plus Center, specialized high schools, and 25 local administrative welfare centers to provide ongoing job matching and employment counseling services.
The center operates a variety of programs, including the Ansan Smart Hub Job Fair, Ansan 919 Job Plaza, Thursday Hope Job-Go Recruitment Event, and tailored employment support training by group and job type. This year, the center was also selected for the Gyeonggi-do City and County Growth Project, through which it is running a "Multicultural Group Hotel Room Management Practical Course."
In particular, the center is actively creating diverse job opportunities through a dedicated job discovery team focused on the Ansan-Siheung Smart Hub Industrial Complex, as well as a neighborhood job discovery team operating in the local commercial districts and industrial areas of all 25 neighborhoods.
