Junggonara announced on November 28 that it has been selected as an "Excellent Company for Work-Life Balance in Korea 2025," organized by the Foundation for Labor-Management Development under the Ministry of Employment and Labor.
The "Excellent Company for Work-Life Balance in Korea" is a government certification system that selects companies that have demonstrated exemplary practices in supporting employees to maintain a balance between work and life, such as implementing flexible work arrangements, reducing working hours, encouraging the use of leave, and supporting the combination of work and childcare. Selected companies receive a variety of benefits.
