NH Nonghyup Bank Launches Generative AI Consultation Service for Elderly and Foreign Customers
NH Nonghyup Bank announced on November 27 that it has launched a generative artificial intelligence (AI)-based consultation service to enhance financial accessibility for elderly and foreign customers.
This service is available through the 'Large Text Banking' and 'Global Banking' menus within the All One Bank app, and strengthens consultation features using generative AI for elderly and foreign customers who may not be familiar with digital environments.
The 'Large Text Assistant' service features a user interface (UI) with large text and a simplified screen layout, using easy-to-understand terminology. For foreign customers, the 'Global Chat' and '1:1 Inquiry Translation' services support a total of 13 languages, including English, Chinese, and Vietnamese. 'Global Chat' is a multilingual chatbot that provides real-time consultations, while '1:1 Inquiry Translation' translates both customer inquiries and responses from consultants.
