Gyeonggi Province Recruiting 'Dispatched Experts' for Mediation of Construction Cost Disputes in Redevelopment and Maintenance Projects
The Gyeonggi Provincial Government is recruiting 'dispatched experts' to support the mediation of construction cost disputes in redevelopment, reconstruction, and other maintenance projects until December 7.
Dispatched experts for construction cost disputes in maintenance zones are external professionals who are sent to sites to provide consultation and mediation when construction cost disputes arise. Their deployment is based on requests from city and county governments or associations. The Gyeonggi Provincial Government dispatched experts to seven sites last year and this year.
The recruitment fields for dispatched experts who will serve for two years from 2026 to 2027 include six areas: maintenance projects, mediation, construction and civil engineering, law, accounting, and appraisal. Both public and private sector professionals with practical experience in maintenance projects and construction cost matters are eligible to apply.
Applications will be accepted until December 7, and submissions can be made electronically or by registered mail.
