In addition, the vice branch head, heads of town and township branches, and guidance and inspection committee members-totaling 18 people-were appointed as members of the Safe Jeonse Management Team. To further enhance the fairness and expertise of the land readjustment project, six members were also appointed to the Land Readjustment Committee.
The Safe Jeonse Management Team will establish a real-time monitoring system for illegal brokerage activities based on on-site information from local certified real estate agents. The team will also conduct joint public-private guidance and inspections of real estate brokerage offices suspected of illegal activities.
Furthermore, to prevent Jeonse-related damages, the city will focus on six key initiatives: prohibiting the brokerage of risky properties, providing a tenant checklist before contract signing, disclosing information on brokerage office staff, promoting electronic real estate contracts, offering notification services (via text message) for changes in property rights after contract signing, and notifying tenants about malicious landlords.
Additionally, the Land Readjustment Committee will serve as a policy and technical advisory body to ensure the smooth progress of the land readjustment project and will contribute to establishing a fair and transparent land management system.
