Roschler further explained, "The Polestar 5 can accelerate from zero to 100 km/h in 3.2 seconds and delivers an even sportier feel than the Polestar 4," adding, "It is not only a high-performance luxury vehicle but also suitable for daily use, offering excellent spaciousness with enough room for four adults."
Polestar sold 2,513 units in the domestic market from January to October this year, marking a remarkable 484% growth compared to the same period last year. CEO Roschler said, "The growth driver is the Polestar 4," describing it as "a unique vehicle that is very well-suited to the Korean market."
He also noted, "One of the major advantages for consumers is that they can use Volvo's service network as it is, which provides peace of mind," and added, "We are making good use of Volvo's network, and I understand there are 39 service centers in Korea."
Since September, Polestar has been outsourcing production of the 'Polestar 4' to Renault Korea's Busan plant, with all units being exported to the United States. CEO Roschler expressed expectations that the Busan plant could serve as a global production base in the future.
