Held both online and offline from September 9 to November 7, this program attracted significant attention and participation, with more than 630 current students, alumni, and local youth completing the course.

"Good JOB Good Sejong" was designed with the goal of strengthening students’ practical employment competitiveness in response to the rapidly changing recruitment environment.

The curriculum covered all stages of the job application process, including document screening, written tests, and interviews, and featured practical content such as: AI-based job preparation strategies; enhancing self-introduction letters using AI; the STAR technique for successful self-introduction letters; analysis of 2025 recruitment trends; creating Notion portfolios; interview speech strategies; personal branding and image making; and NCS-based public enterprise job strategies.

To improve the quality of its educational services, the Career Plus Center actively incorporated student feedback after each session and meticulously reviewed the program’s operational system to enhance its overall quality.

One participating student shared, "I was able to give feedback after every session, and it was immediately reflected in the next class, which built trust. I gained practical knowledge that I could apply right away, from AI-assisted self-introduction letters to interview speech."

A center representative stated, "This program went beyond simply providing employment information, focusing instead on improving the quality of education that students can truly experience. We will continue to develop and operate high-quality employment programs that offer real help to students by reflecting their needs."
