View original imageAccording to the Korea Meteorological Administration, daytime temperatures are forecast to range from 5 to 13 degrees Celsius, about 10 degrees lower than the previous day (16.4 to 22 degrees Celsius). As of 5 a.m., the temperatures in major regions are as follows: Seoul 4.5 degrees, Incheon 4.2 degrees, Suwon 4.8 degrees, Chuncheon 5.9 degrees, Gangneung 11.6 degrees, Cheongju 7.4 degrees, Daejeon 6.9 degrees, Jeonju 9.1 degrees, Gwangju 10.7 degrees, Jeju 15.5 degrees, Daegu 7.3 degrees, Busan 13.5 degrees, Ulsan 11.2 degrees, and Changwon 12.2 degrees.
From late at night, rain is expected to fall mainly along the west coast and on Jeju Island, with some areas experiencing precipitation through the 19th. The expected rainfall over three days is 5 to 10 mm for Ulleungdo, Dokdo, and Jeju Island; around 5 mm for the west coast of North Jeolla Province, the southern inland of North Jeolla Province, Gwangju, and the western part of South Jeolla Province; less than 5 mm for the west coast of South Chungcheong Province; and around 1 mm for the five West Sea islands. Mountainous areas of Jeju Island are forecast to receive 1 to 5 cm of snow.
Fine dust concentrations will remain at a 'good' level across all regions.

Wave heights will range from 0.5 to 3.5 meters in the East Sea, 1.0 to 3.5 meters in the West Sea, and 0.5 to 2.0 meters in the South Sea. In the offshore areas (within approximately 200 km from the coastline), wave heights are expected to be 1.0 to 5.5 meters in the East Sea, 1.5 to 4.0 meters in the West Sea, and 1.0 to 3.5 meters in the South Sea.
