Changwon Facilities Corporation Achieves "Korea Service Quality Excellence (SQ)" Certification for Third Consecutive Time
Changwon Facilities Corporation in Gyeongnam announced on November 13 that it has been certified for the third consecutive time in the "Korea Service Quality Excellence Companies (SQ) Certification Evaluation," which is organized by the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy and the Korea Service Promotion Association.
The Korea Service Quality Excellence Companies (SQ: Service Quality) Certification is a system that objectively evaluates and certifies outstanding service quality. Certificates are awarded through a rigorous process that includes document review, on-site evaluation, and mystery shopping assessment.
After receiving its initial certification in 2019 and being recertified in 2022, the corporation achieved high scores in all evaluation categories in this latest assessment, including systematic quality management for service improvement, organizational structure, and performance management.
In particular, the corporation received positive evaluations for its field-oriented service quality management through the operation of the CS Leader system and research group activities, as well as its efforts to establish a smart environment based on digital transformation (DX).
