[Weather Tomorrow] Rain Expected Across Most Regions... Warm with Highs Up to 22 Degrees

On Sunday, November 9, most regions across the country are expected to experience rainfall. Temperatures are forecast to rise to as high as 22 degrees Celsius in some areas, making for generally mild weather.

According to the Korea Meteorological Administration, the expected precipitation is 5 mm in Yeongseo, Gangwon Province; 5 to 10 mm in the northern East Coast and northeastern mountainous regions of North Gyeongsang Province; 5 mm in Seoul, Incheon, and Gyeonggi Province; and 5 mm in Busan and Ulsan. Ulleungdo and Dokdo are forecast to receive 5 to 10 mm, the southern coast of South Gyeongsang Province and Jeju Island are expected to receive 10 to 40 mm, and Jeju Island itself may see 10 to 60 mm of rain.

The forecasted minimum temperatures in major cities are as follows: Seoul 11°C, Incheon 11°C, Chuncheon 8°C, Gangneung 11°C, Daejeon 10°C, Daegu 12°C, Jeonju 12°C, Gwangju 13°C, Pohang 14°C, Busan 15°C, Yeosu 15°C, Jeju 18°C, and Ulleungdo/Dokdo 13°C.

The maximum temperatures are forecast as follows: Seoul 16°C, Incheon 15°C, Chuncheon 17°C, Gangneung 19°C, Daejeon 18°C, Daegu 19°C, Jeonju 19°C, Gwangju 19°C, Pohang 20°C, Busan 22°C, Yeosu 20°C, Jeju 20°C, and Ulleungdo/Dokdo 18°C.

Wave heights are expected to range from 0.5 to 2.0 meters in the East Sea, West Sea, and from 0.5 to 1.5 meters in the South Sea. In the offshore areas (up to approximately 200 km from the coastline), wave heights are forecast to be 1.0 to 3.5 meters in the East Sea, 0.5 to 2.0 meters in the West Sea, and 1.0 to 2.5 meters in the South Sea.

Fine dust concentrations nationwide are expected to remain at 'good' to 'moderate' levels.
