This program offers employees who have resigned after using their full two-year parental leave an opportunity to be reemployed after three years. Upon reemployment, employees retain their previous rank without any additional hiring procedures, thereby minimizing career interruptions.
The bank has also established a system at the group level to systematically manage every stage from hiring to retirement. Through the self-development leave program, employees with more than 10 years of service can take up to two years of paid leave for self-development purposes, and up to one year (minimum six months) of paid leave for other purposes such as rest and recuperation.
