Hapcheon County Holds 2nd Public Contract Training for Accounting Officials
Case-Based Training Focused on Preparing for the South Gyeongsang Province Comprehensive Audit
Hapcheon County in South Gyeongsang Province announced on November 5 that it held the "2025 2nd Public Contract Training" at the Lifelong Learning Center's main lecture hall for about 40 public officials in charge of business and accounting.
This training was led by Cho Yangje, the head of the Public Contract Research Institute Co., Ltd. Mr. Cho is an expert with over 30 years of experience in the accounting field and serves as the deputy manager of the well-known "Budget and Accounting Practice Cafe" (a Naver Cafe) among public officials, where he acts as a mentor, helping to solve difficult accounting problems that officials encounter in their work.
The training covered general audit, contract practices, comprehensive construction, and a Q&A session, with a focus on preparing for the 2026 South Gyeongsang Province Comprehensive Audit. Rather than focusing on theoretical or legal content, the lecture introduced real-life audit cases that public officials may face on site, making the training more engaging and practical.
Since 2023, Hapcheon County has been conducting on-site lectures two to three times a year to strengthen public officials' practical accounting skills, and has also been consistently providing consulting services.
