As of November 2, the total number of visitors this year reached 212,340. This figure is similar to last year's total of around 220,000, demonstrating the garden's steady popularity.
This achievement is particularly meaningful, as it was maintained despite frequent rainfall on weekends and during the Chuseok holiday period due to abnormal weather conditions. In particular, this year saw extreme heat and pest outbreaks, which severely affected the growth of Dapsari and other flowering plants. Nevertheless, the dedicated efforts of Jungmyeon staff and local residents overcame all these challenges and led to this valuable result.
The chairman of the Jungmyeon Residents' Autonomy Committee said, "I would like to thank all the tourists who visited Dapsari Garden this year," adding, "I am especially grateful to the local residents and nearby farmers who endured inconveniences during the busy farming season and still cooperated with us."
