Seogu District in Gwangju will host the "2025 Good Seogu Human Rights Culture Festival" over two days, November 7 and 8, under the theme "Hearts Blooming Through Stories, a World Filled With Songs."
According to Seogu District on November 4, this participatory event has been designed to allow residents to directly experience and communicate the value of human rights. The festival will feature a variety of programs, including a special lecture on human rights and an original musical.

View original imageOn November 7, a special human rights lecture will be held at Deulbul Hall in the Seogu District Office, with National Assemblyman Kim Sangwook invited to speak on the topic "Hearts Blooming Through Stories." The session will provide an opportunity for residents to share and discuss the practice and value of empathy for human rights in everyday life. On November 8, at the Seobitmaru Culture and Arts Center, the human rights musical "A World Filled With Songs" will feature the performance "Mailbox Without Discrimination."
This production delivers a warm message for a world free of discrimination and prejudice, creating a stage for human rights where the audience can empathize and communicate together.
The event is open to Seogu residents or those with ties to Seogu, with a total of 300 participants to be recruited. Applications can be submitted through the Seogu District Office website or social media channels.
