"Just Leave a Comment"... Korean Red Cross Launches "Anyone Can DiY Donation" Campaign
Donation Matching with the Korea Federation of Banks Until December 5
Supporting Vulnerable Groups
The Korean Red Cross announced on the 3rd that it will hold the participatory donation campaign "Anyone Can DiY Donation Campaign Season 4" together with the Korea Federation of Banks until December 5.
Now in its fourth year, this campaign is conducted through the banking sector's social contribution platform, "Bankit," and is a digital participatory donation campaign that allows people to join simply by liking, sharing, or commenting. These simple actions enable anyone to participate in giving.
Participants can take a "donation tendency test" to find out which type of donation suits them and to discover which forms of sharing resonate most with them, providing an interactive donation experience. By clicking "like" or sharing on the Bankit app or website, 10,000 KRW will be donated for each action, and 20,000 KRW for leaving a comment, with a maximum of 40,000 KRW per person. Even if participants do not contribute their own money, the banking sector will match the donations on their behalf. The accumulated donations will be used by the Korean Red Cross to provide daily necessities for vulnerable groups.
This campaign has become even more convenient with the launch of the new Bankit mobile app. New features have been added, allowing users to donate "Clover Points" earned through daily check-ins and completing missions, or to participate in events, making it possible to experience both sharing and fun in everyday life.
