This wine is characterized by notes of acacia and white flowers, the freshness of lemon peel and green apple, and the luxurious aromas of brioche and almond praline. On the palate, it offers a linear acidity, a hint of salty minerality, and a creamy bubble texture that leaves a long-lasting finish. It pairs perfectly with caviar, oysters, scallop carpaccio, as well as abalone sukhwe, sea bream sashimi, and chicken confit with lemon.
