This is a second founding war for our nation."
He continued, "What we must do now is to fight a systemic war to protect the future of Korea and its youth, so that the country can become a world-class nation. It is not about 'it has to be me,' but about sending out any warrior who can fight and win, so that liberal democracy and the rule of law will prevail."
He went on to say, "Here today, we are about to begin a miracle created by the people together-a second founding war, a systemic war. Let us unite as one and fight to win. Next year's local elections will mark the beginning of a miracle created by the people."
He added, "Next year's local elections are a matter of utmost urgency for us. It is not about whether I win or lose, but about the very survival of the Republic of Korea."
