Damyang County invited 18 best public officials on the 20th and held the October "Maju On (溫) Day." Provided by Damyang County

This initiative aims to foster a culture of trust and empathy within the organization and, ultimately, to realize warm, citizen-centered administration.
This program serves as an important channel for directly listening to the voices of frontline employees and gathering their opinions for the development of county administration.
The October "Majoo On (溫) Day," held on the 20th, invited 18 "Best Public Officials" who have set an example through their proactive work and exemplary service to citizens.
Employees who attended the meeting shared, "We have strived not only to handle civil complaints but also to listen to each citizen's difficulties and seek solutions. This event has further motivated us to strengthen communication with the community." They also expressed their commitment, saying, "We will continue to provide more effective administrative services based on the trust of our citizens as public officials."
At the meeting, Governor Jeong Cheolwon highly praised and encouraged the dedicated efforts of the employees who have provided attentive service to citizens on the front lines of civil affairs.
Governor Jeong emphasized, "Your kindness and dedication in directly serving citizens at the forefront of county administration shape the image of Damyang County. Let us continue to spread a public service culture where small acts of kindness lead to great inspiration."
