The E&M Successfully Concludes 'Cheongna Video and Cultural Complex Forum'

View original imageThe E&M announced on the 16th that it had successfully concluded the 'Cheongna Video and Cultural Complex Forum'.
The forum was held on the 15th at El Tower near Yangjae Station, in collaboration with the Korean Institute of Urban Design consortium and others, under the theme of 'Revitalizing the Local Economy through Commercial Facility Restructuring'. Following the first forum, which took place during the Busan International Film Festival last year, a wide range of experts from industry, academia, research, and government in the real estate development sector attended. The event aimed not only to promote academic exchange but also to explore strategies for the successful development of the Cheongna Video and Cultural Complex.
The event began with a congratulatory address by Park Taewon, president of the Korean Institute of Urban Design, and an opening speech by The E&M. This was followed by keynote presentations: Yoo Myunghan, Managing Director at Mastern Investment Management, spoke on ▲Commercial Facility Restructuring for Sustainable Development; Nam Hyukwoo, Partner at Nomura Research Institute, presented ▲Overseas Mixed-Use Development Cases and Implications; Jung Wonwook, Director at Cushman & Wakefield Korea, discussed ▲Development Cases and Implications of Commercial Facilities in the Cheongna District; and Lee Sangjun, Director at Rsquare, outlined ▲Development Strategies for Public Sector Video and Cultural Complexes.
During the discussion session, Lee Seungwoo, an adjunct professor at Inha University and former president of Incheon Urban Corporation, served as moderator. Panelists included Lee Hyungjoo, Chairman of the Construction Economy Research Institute; Seo Kyungho, Director at Hanam Urban Corporation; Ko Jinsu, Professor at Kwangwoon University; Na Insu, Professor at Incheon National University; and Park Seunghoon, Professor at Dankook University. They presented strategies for the success and development of the Cheongna Video and Cultural Complex.
