GH Offers Long-Term Unsold Industrial Complex Land at Significantly Reduced Prices
Gyeonggi Housing and Urban Development Corporation (GH) is offering 18 parcels of land for support facilities and parking lots within six industrial complexes at significantly reduced prices.
This offering is a follow-up measure to the "Third Sales Promotion Plan" announced by GH in September. The benefits include a 15% discount compared to the previous scheduled supply price, exemption from installment interest, implementation of prepayment discounts, a reduction in the contract deposit ratio (from 10% to 5%), and an extension of the payment deadline (from 2 years to 5 years).
The total planned supply amount is 14 billion won. By industrial complex, this includes: 9 parcels in Paju Seonyu (5.5 billion won), 1 parcel in Paju Wollong (1 billion won), 1 parcel in Paju Dangdong (200 million won), 1 parcel in Anseong Wongok (200 million won), 5 parcels in Pyeongtaek Oseong (5.6 billion won), and 1 parcel in Jangan Advanced (1.3 billion won).
