Samsung Electronics Launches Pilot 'Quick Service' for In-Store Product Inspections
'Simple Inspection' by Professional Engineers On the Spot
'One-Day Pickup' for Repairs via Nearby Service Centers
Samsung Electronics Service has introduced the 'Quick Service,' which allows customers to have their products inspected at retail stores.
Samsung Electronics Service announced that it will begin a pilot run of the 'Quick Service' on October 13, enabling customers to receive product inspections and consultations at select stores. The 'Quick Service' will be available at four locations: The Hyundai Seoul, Galleria Gwanggyo, Samsung Store Samsong, and Samsung Store Sangdo. Customers can utilize the 'Simple Inspection Service' and the 'One-Day Pickup (Drop-off) Service.'

View original imageThe 'Simple Inspection Service' allows customers to have their products inspected at Samsung Store locations, a service that previously required a visit to a service center. Engineers use specialized programs to diagnose the condition of smartphones, tablets, and wearable devices. For minor issues such as film application, immediate on-site resolution is possible.
The 'One-Day Pickup Service' transports products to a nearby service center for repair and returns them to the customer after completion. This service covers smartphones, tablets, wearables, and small appliances (such as vacuum cleaners, microwave ovens, and printers) that can be easily transported. The entire process, including transport and repair, typically takes about one to two days.
For smartphones, tablets, and wearable devices, the One-Day Pickup Service is available at all four designated stores. For small appliances, the service is provided at Samsung Store Samsong and Samsung Store Sangdo.
