View original imageIn anticipation of Chuseok, Korea's largest traditional holiday, Jeonnam Development Corporation carried out outreach activities by visiting social welfare facilities and underprivileged groups across the province for three days from the 29th of last month to the 1st.
Through this outreach, the corporation delivered consolation gifts worth a total of 25 million won, including rice and daily necessities, to 20 social welfare facilities across 11 regions, such as the Munsu Comprehensive Social Welfare Center, The Happy Welfare Center, Wando Disabled Persons Association, and Myeongdo Welfare Center.
The purpose of this initiative was to reach out to marginalized neighbors, share warmth, and foster a sense of community where everyone lives together in harmony.
