Korea Housing Finance Corporation (President Kim Kyunghwan) announced on September 29 that the application and review systems for major products utilizing administrative information, such as the Bogeumjari Loan, housing guarantees, and housing pensions, are operating normally.
Accordingly, customers can apply for products as usual through the corporation's website.
Immediately after the fire at the National Information Resources Service's data center on September 26, the corporation activated its emergency response system and conducted an urgent IT inspection. In addition, it posted a notice on its website regarding the possibility of delays in some services, such as policy mortgages, housing guarantees, and housing pensions, in order to minimize customer confusion.

An official from Korea Housing Finance Corporation stated, "We activated our emergency response system immediately after the fire to minimize inconvenience to our customers," and added, "We will do our utmost to provide stable services through continuous monitoring and prompt communication."
