Following last year's policy training in Uzbekistan, this year the program targeted six officials from the Ministries of Health and traditional medicine sectors of Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, and Tajikistan.
Participants attended lectures on Korean medicine policy, systems, clinical practice, and education, as well as the International Symposium on Traditional Medicine under the theme 'Korean Medicine Meets Artificial Intelligence: A New Future for Traditional Medicine.'
They also visited the headquarters of the National Institute for Korean Medicine Development, the Herbal Medicine Production Center (GMP Center), Jaseng Hospital of Korean Medicine, and Daegu Haany University, and explored broad possibilities for cooperation in the field of traditional medicine through discussion sessions.
