Hanwha Life Insurance Holds "AI DAYS 2025" Event
Hanwha Life Insurance announced on the 11th that it held an in-house event, "AI DAYS 2025," on the 10th at the 63 Building in Yeouido, where Vice Chairman and CEO Kwon Hyukwoong, President and CEO Lee Kyunggeun, and employees participated to share the company's vision and achievements in artificial intelligence (AI).
During the event, Hanwha Life Insurance presented three strategic directions to drive AI innovation and advancement: ▲ innovation of AI services focused on core insurance business processes; ▲ development of services that add value to all aspects of daily life beyond finance, based on the LIFE PLUS brand philosophy of enhancing customers' happiness; and ▲ strengthening financial AI leadership by improving employees' understanding and utilization of AI.

Notable examples include the "AICC (AI Contact Center)," which maximizes work efficiency and consultation quality through real-time AI-based customer response and support launched earlier this year; "AI STS (Sales Training Solution)," an intelligent consultation training system to enhance the sales competitiveness of insurance agents; and the "FP Product Consultation AI," which helps find coverage information needed for insurance consultations. These initiatives demonstrate the company's efforts to simultaneously strengthen efficiency and customer experience.
During the event, employees voted for the most anticipated services, selecting the "AI Translation Service," which supports communication between global customers and planners, and the "Subscription Design AI Agent," which provides optimal insurance plans based on data. This outcome further underscored that the three strategic directions proposed by the company resonate with the realities of the field. Both the AI Translation Service and the Subscription Design AI Agent are scheduled for pilot operation in the second half of this year, followed by full-scale implementation.
Employees who participated in the event had the opportunity to directly experience various AI services currently used by customers and engaged in discussions about future directions for development.
Kwon Hyukwoong, Vice Chairman and CEO of Hanwha Life Insurance, stated, "Hanwha Life Insurance aims to become a life solution partner that supports customers throughout their entire lives, going beyond insurance. AI will be the core driver that enables us to provide personalized financial and lifestyle solutions tailored to each individual customer."
Kim Junseok, Head of the AI Division at Hanwha Life Insurance, commented, "AI DAYS is a platform for us to introduce the AI services we have developed so far and to discuss future technologies together. As employees directly experienced the AI services and shared their opinions, we will use the feedback from the field to create innovative and enriching life solution AI services that enhance the customer experience."
