Mercedes-Benz Korea Restructures Organization... Appoints New Heads of Marketing and Sales Divisions
On September 1, Mercedes-Benz Korea announced that it would appoint two new division heads and restructure its organization to strengthen expertise and efficiency in each sector.
On this day, Mercedes-Benz Korea appointed SangKuk Lee as Executive Vice President of Digital and Marketing Communications, and Eunjoong Kim as Vice President of Products and Sales.
SangKuk Lee, who previously oversaw the Sales Division, has been appointed as Executive Vice President of Digital and Marketing Communications. He will be responsible for enhancing corporate and brand value, strengthening customers' online and offline experiences, and overseeing digital business, marketing, public relations, and social contribution activities.
Since joining Mercedes-Benz Korea in 2003, Lee has built expertise through various roles in sales, marketing, and network development. Since 2016, he has served as Executive Vice President of Network and Training Academy, and from 2019, as Executive Vice President of Sales, where he was recognized for expanding the dealer network and leading efforts to strengthen sales capabilities focused on collaboration and customer-centricity.

View original imageEunjoong Kim, appointed as Vice President of Products and Sales, will oversee not only product strategy and certification but also sales planning and retail operations. Since joining Mercedes-Benz AG (then Daimler AG) in 2009, Kim has gained extensive experience in key roles such as sales operation and planning for the high-performance brand Mercedes-AMG, as well as corporate strategy development.
Kim has worked at the Mercedes-Benz subsidiary in China since 2017, and from 2020, was responsible for sales planning and logistics in China. Since 2023, as the head of Mercedes-Benz Taiwan, Kim has led business growth, electrification and digital transformation, and organizational culture innovation, thereby strengthening the brand's market presence.
