Busan Education Office and City Council Hold Policy Forum on Career and Employment Support for Students with Special Needs
The Busan Metropolitan Office of Education (Superintendent Kim Seokjun) and the Busan Metropolitan Council will hold a policy forum on "Career Planning and Employment Support for Students with Special Needs" at the council's second-floor conference room on the morning of August 28, where they will discuss tailored support measures.
This forum is intended to provide systematic career planning and stable social integration for students with special needs.
Teachers, parents, and experts will attend to share perspectives from the field and explore ways to enhance the effectiveness of related policies.
The event will begin with a special lecture by Park Jaeguk, Professor Emeritus at Pusan National University, followed by a policy briefing by an official from the Busan Metropolitan Office of Education. A comprehensive discussion will then take place, involving administrators, special education teachers, representatives from related organizations, and parents.
