Jinhae-gu, Changwon Special City Holds Parking Violation Statement Review Committee Meeting
The Economic and Transportation Division of Jinhae-gu, Changwon Special City, Gyeongnam, held a Parking Violation Statement Review Committee meeting.
The Parking Violation Statement Review Committee reviews each month whether cases that have received a prior notice of parking violation fines and have submitted statements and supporting documents claiming the fine is unjust fall under unavoidable circumstances, such as vehicle breakdowns or emergency medical treatment, in accordance with Article 142 of the Enforcement Regulations of the Road Traffic Act. Based on this review, the committee decides whether to impose or exempt the fine.

If an individual objects to the decision, they may submit an objection form within 60 days, after which the case will be forwarded to the competent court for a fine trial.
