BNK Financial Group Launches Second Half Open Recruitment for New Employees
Joint Recruitment by Busan Bank and Kyongnam Bank
Introduction of Regional Talent Track and "Culture Fit" Interview
BNK Financial Group (Chairman Bin Daein) is launching its 2024 second half new employee recruitment. Starting on the 25th, Busan Bank and Kyongnam Bank have begun accepting applications, officially kicking off the hiring process.
This recruitment will be conducted in a blind format, with no restrictions on educational background, age, major, or gender. Priority will be given to eligible job support recipients and registered persons with disabilities in accordance with relevant laws. Additionally, a regional recruitment track will be operated for graduates of high schools or universities located in the Busan-Ulsan-Gyeongnam area, strengthening the recruitment of local talent.
The selection process consists of document screening, a written test, a comprehensive interview, an organizational culture fit assessment and culture fit interview, followed by a final interview. Recruitment fields are divided into general and D-IT positions. As in the previous year, Busan Bank will also hire professionals such as certified public accountants and lawyers.
This year, the newly introduced "culture fit interview" is drawing attention. After the comprehensive interview, candidates who pass will undergo a one-week organizational culture fit assessment, followed by a joint culture fit interview in the form of a two-day, one-night group retreat, where applicants' values and adaptability to the organization will be evaluated in a comprehensive manner.
A BNK Financial Group recruitment official explained, "The culture fit interview, jointly conducted by Busan Bank and Kyongnam Bank, is significant in that it allows applicants to directly experience and empathize with the group's core values and the corporate cultures of both banks."
