Hana Securities Participates in KSD Token Securities Testbed... Completes Stability Verification
Hana Securities announced on August 20 that it has participated in the 'Token Securities Testbed Platform Development Project' organized by the Korea Securities Depository and has successfully completed the verification of key functions.
The Korea Securities Depository has been carrying out the platform development project for eight months since October last year in preparation for the legalization of token securities, selecting major securities firms and fractional investment operators as test participants.
In this testbed, Hana Securities verified the stability and connectivity of the token securities issuance and distribution platform by utilizing the Korea Securities Depository's total volume management system, node management system, and distributed ledger system. The company emphasized that it achieved tangible results throughout the entire process, from the review of token securities issuance to the establishment of a distributed ledger and the advancement of internal work processing systems at securities firms. Based on these achievements, Hana Securities plans to continue preparing to secure infrastructure and systems that can be immediately applied once the regulations are implemented.
