Hyundai Mobis Offers Free Safety Inspections for Dealerships Nationwide
Free Nationwide Safety Inspections for A/S Parts Dealers
Hyundai Mobis and Korea Industrial Safety Association
Join Forces to Prevent Accidents and Strengthen Collaboration
Hyundai Mobis is offering a large-scale, free safety inspection service for its nationwide A/S parts distribution network in collaboration with the Korea Industrial Safety Association. This initiative aims to prevent safety accidents at dealerships that supply parts on the front lines and to strengthen mutual cooperation.
On August 20, Hyundai Mobis announced that from August 19 through November, it will provide free safety inspections and consulting services to approximately 1,200 domestic A/S distribution sites, including parts dealerships and item support centers across the country.
Hyundai Mobis' safety and health staff will form teams with experts from the Korea Industrial Safety Association to visit business sites in person. They will conduct inspections to prevent fires-covering electricity, fire safety, and gas-as well as comprehensive safety assessments of building structures and other facilities. Based on a safety checklist of more than 40 items, they will proactively eliminate risk factors and conduct detailed inspections to ensure workplace safety.

Since last year, regulations for workplaces with five or more employees have been tightened, and there is now increased emphasis on the safety management capabilities of businesses with just one or two employees. The company will provide intensive support for education and consulting on regulatory compliance, in addition to safety inspections.
For risk factors identified during the safety inspections, Hyundai Mobis will provide guidance and encourage improvements to ensure that practical enhancements are made. Outstanding safety improvement cases will be shared through the system with dealerships nationwide to foster a safety culture that proactively prevents risks.
Hyundai Mobis recognizes that strengthening the independent capabilities of its dealerships is directly linked to the stability of its distribution network. Since dealerships across the country are key partners supplying customers with fast and reliable A/S parts on the front lines, the company continues to pursue ongoing mutual cooperation initiatives.
