University Administration Enters the AI Era: Tongmyong University Provides Generative AI Practical Training for Administrative Staff
"Administrative Innovation, Customized Educational Services"
Recently, Tongmyong University conducted a "Practical Training on Generative AI Applications" to strengthen the job competencies of its administrative staff.
This project aims to enhance the AI utilization capabilities of administrative staff in line with the trends of the AI era and to apply these skills across administrative tasks, ultimately providing improved educational administrative services.
Led by Cho Eunyi, CEO of the AI Future Value Development Institute, the training was attended by 32 staff members. Participants learned about the latest AI trends, automating administrative tasks using generative AI, document creation and data analysis with AI programs, and methods for producing work-related content such as images and music.
One participant commented, "I used to put off content creation because it was difficult, but with AI, I think I can freely create music and images." The participant also added, "Thanks to AI, I will be able to save a lot of time on routine tasks and invest more time in providing administrative services for students."
