Lotte Card defined the core value of the Digiroca app as "a lifestyle curator who knows its customers best." The app has evolved into a hyper-personalized platform that interacts with customers based on data and curates meaningful information for them.
In November of last year, Lotte Card revamped the app and has since been providing a hyper-personalized curation service that responds not only to customers' usual preferences and interests, but also to their real-time behaviors and situations.
The app introduced a "real-time care message" feature at the top of the screen to deliver customized benefits and information. It also offers a "Discovery" service that detects customers' current interests and gathers related products, content, and benefits all in one place.
For customers planning a trip, the app recommends travel destinations, while for those already traveling, it provides exchange rate information. With an adaptive user interface (UI) that changes according to the customer's situation, the app delivers the most relevant information at the most appropriate time.
