The campaign took place at the Phase 2 construction site of the Provincial Government New Town. President Lee Jaehyuk attended the event and personally inspected the implementation of safety measures to prevent heat-related accidents and compliance with the five basic safety rules. The main inspection items included adherence to mandatory actions during heat wave advisories, provision of at least 20 minutes of rest every two hours, and observance of the five basic rules for preventing heat-related illnesses, such as 'water, wind, and shade.'
