Hyundai Capital Provides Emergency Financial Support for Customers Affected by Heavy Rainfall
Up to Six-Month Repayment Deferral and Fee Waiver
Hyundai Capital announced on July 22 that it will provide financial support to customers affected by the recent nationwide heavy rainfall.
First, Hyundai Capital will defer billing for payments and overdue amounts due this month and next month for customers affected by the heavy rainfall, for up to six months.
All interest and various fees incurred during the deferment period will also be fully waived. If a member affected by the heavy rainfall is currently overdue, all debt collection activities, including text messages, phone calls, and visits, will be suspended.
Consultations and document submissions for the support program can be made through Hyundai Capital's main customer service number.

Customers affected by the disaster must submit a confirmation issued by the relevant local government office within three months of the date of the damage. Vulnerable customers, such as the elderly, people with disabilities, and foreigners, may submit the confirmation within six months.
