Sangmyung University Operates "2025 HACCP Professional Training Program"
Sangmyung University Career Plus Center announced on July 11 that it had operated the "2025 HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points·Food Safety Management Certification Standards) Professional Training Program" on campus.
This program is designed to provide systematic understanding of HACCP and education on laws and regulations related to food manufacturing. The program focused on identifying food hazards and practical management of food hygiene.
The program was conducted for approximately 30 participants, including current students and graduates of Sangmyung University, as well as local youth. Upon completion, participants received a certificate of completion certified by the Ministry of Food and Drug Safety (MFDS).

Last month, Sangmyung University Career Plus Center also operated a HACCP professional training program for local youth at Baewha Women's University. The center has received the highest (Excellent) rating for three consecutive years in its operational evaluation, thanks to a variety of employment support programs.
