Yecheon County Conducts Regular Personnel Reshuffle for Grade 5 and Above Effective July 1, 2025
Five Promoted and Five Transferred
Focus on Strengthening Organizational Capacity and Ensuring Administrative Continuity
On July 1, 2025, Yecheon County in Gyeongbuk will conduct a regular personnel reshuffle involving 10 senior officials at grade 5 and above, aiming to invigorate the organization and ensure administrative stability.
In this reshuffle, Kim Kyungbo, head of Jibo-myeon, has been promoted to grade 4 as Director of the Economic and Agricultural Bureau. He is being recognized as a practical executive with extensive experience in township administration and agricultural policy, marking his selection as bureau director.
Additionally, four individuals?Yoon Hyunju, deputy head of Gaepo-myeon; Kim Jeongok, deputy head of Homyeong-eup; Park Seongyun, deputy head of Yongmun-myeon; and Chae Beonsik, team leader in the General Civil Affairs Division?have been promoted to grade 5 officers. This round of promotions is noteworthy for its emphasis on balanced regional representation, the ratio of female executives, and job expertise, reflecting a 'selection-based personnel policy.'
For grade 5 reassignments: Jang Myunghwa has been assigned from the council dispatch to head of the General Civil Affairs Division; Park Hosuk from head of Yucheon-myeon to head of the Urban Division; Kim Youngmi from head of the Health Administration Division to head of Yucheon-myeon; Lim Miran from head of the General Civil Affairs Division to head of the Health Administration Division; and Choi Jaesu from head of the Urban Division to head of Jibo-myeon. These placements are seen as efforts to strengthen work connectivity and interdepartmental collaboration.
An official from Yecheon County stated, "This personnel reshuffle closely reflects practical competency and organizational contributions," adding, "We will continue to enhance citizen-centered administrative services through fair, merit-based personnel management."
