View original imageAccording to the Gyeonggi Fire and Disaster Headquarters, a total of 12 reports were received around 1:04 p.m. that day, with multiple calls coming in about "black smoke rising." The fire occurred in two single-story steel-framed warehouses with a total floor area of 654 square meters. Due to strong winds, the fire spread rapidly, prompting fire authorities to issue Level 1 of their emergency response at 1:20 p.m.
At the scene, 38 fire vehicles and 80 personnel were urgently deployed to carry out firefighting operations. In cooperation with the police, the area was quickly cordoned off and people were evacuated. As of now, no casualties have been reported.
