The Institute achieved a 'Satisfaction (S)' rating in all evaluation categories, earning a total score of 95.5 points, which is 0.3 points higher than the previous year. This score significantly exceeds the overall public institution average of 87.9 points. Specifically, it received the highest score of 96.1 points in 'Social Responsibility.' 'Service Quality' and 'Overall Customer Satisfaction' scored 94.6 and 94.3 points, respectively.

The Institute will continue to actively communicate with customers as a specialized livestock distribution institution and strive to maintain excellent customer service standards," he said.
