Seoul National University Professors' Association Urges Medical Students to Return Ahead of Deadline
The Seoul National University Faculty Association urged the medical students on collective leave to "please return to school" on the 26th, one day before the deadline for their return.
In an open letter issued under the name of Chairman Lim Jeong-mook, the Faculty Association stated, "Your return is a crucial matter directly linked to the future of our medical field," and earnestly requested, "Please come back to school and work together with residents and professors to shape the future of medical care in the Republic of Korea."
The Faculty Association added, "The greatest reason medical professionals are respected by society is their dedication and service without selfishness for patients and the public," and assured, "Professors will do their best to ensure you can return safely and focus on your studies."
