Strengthening Partnership to Expand Cloud ERP Business
Samsung SDS is enhancing its cloud ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) business cooperation with global IT company SAP.
On the 20th, Samsung SDS announced that Lee Jun-hee, CEO of Samsung SDS, and Christian Klein, CEO of SAP, discussed cloud business strategies at Samsung SDS's Jamsil Campus in Songpa-gu, Seoul.

View original imageThe two companies agreed to jointly expand the cloud ERP business based on Samsung SDS's ERP implementation and operation capabilities. In particular, they plan to strengthen cooperation to introduce cloud ERP in regulated industries such as public sector, finance, and defense. ERP refers to an integrated business system that links core business processes such as finance, sales, and procurement to support key decision-making.
Going forward, the two companies plan to expand their strategic collaboration into AI and hyper-automation areas based on cloud ERP.
CEO Klein said, "Samsung SDS has been a long-standing customer and strategic partner of SAP, possessing world-class cloud and ERP implementation and operation capabilities. We hope that this cooperation will enable us to provide high-quality SAP cloud ERP services to customers in Korea."
