This year, fourth graders in elementary school and second graders in middle school have been newly included. Third graders in elementary school and first graders in middle school are designated as responsible grades and will receive customized learning support.
The city office of education has distributed smart devices and provided implementation manuals to ensure smooth assessments. In elementary schools, the assessment has been integrated with the early-year diagnostic test to reduce burden.
Superintendent Lee Jungseon stated, "We will actively support assessments for improving basic academic skills and providing customized guidance."
