KT&G, Voluntary Recall of 'Lil Solid 3.0'... "Heater Pin Detachment Found"
Limited to Products Manufactured Between August and November Last Year
Sales Also Temporarily Suspended
KT&G announced on the 20th that it will voluntarily conduct a free replacement recall for the 'lil SOLID 3.0' produced between August and November of last year.
KT&G decided to initiate the recall after discovering heater pin detachment issues in some products manufactured during that period. The company will also temporarily suspend sales of lil SOLID 3.0 and plans to collect all products currently in circulation.
Customers who purchased the recalled products can visit lil brand-exclusive stores called 'lil Minimalium' or 'lil Official Service Centers,' or use the free courier service to receive a free replacement with a normal product.
