Coway Operates 'Free Coordinator Visit Care Service' for Self-Managed Customers
Free Coordinator Visit Care Service Provided Twice During Rental Contract Period
Coway announced on the 17th that it will operate a ‘Free Coordinator Visit Care Service’ that allows self-managed customers who manage their products themselves to receive free visit management from care service experts.
The ‘Free Coordinator Visit Care Service’ was prepared to actively reflect the needs of self-managed customers using Coway products who find it difficult to manage the products themselves or require professional care services.
This service is provided free of charge twice during the contract period to self-managed customers renting Coway water purifiers, air purifiers, bidets, and water softeners. It is supported twice in total: once 12 months after the initial product installation date, and once within 12 months before the rental contract ends. Customers who wish to receive additional visit care services can use them for a fee.

Coway’s visit care service involves a Coway service expert, called a Coordinator, visiting customers and providing customized care services using professional service tools. A Coway representative said, “The Free Coordinator Visit Care Service was planned to actively reflect the needs of customers using self-management services so that they can use the products more conveniently and hygienically,” adding, “Coway will do its best to communicate with customers, gather various opinions, and always provide the best service.”
