Samsung Electronics Service Selects 18 Customer Satisfaction Masters for 2024
Engineers Selected for Both Technical and Service Excellence
A Total of 84 Chosen Since First Selection in 2019
Samsung Electronics Service announced on the 12th that it has selected 18 engineers who received high evaluations from customers last year as the '2024 Customer Satisfaction (CS) Masters.'

View original imageSince 2019, Samsung Electronics Service has been selecting engineers who have received high cumulative scores in annual customer satisfaction surveys as CS Masters.
The service satisfaction of the engineers selected as CS Masters this time is more than 10% higher than the overall average. By product category, there are 7 in mobile phones, 10 in home appliances, and 1 in business-to-business (B2B).
Park Sun-young, a professional at the Sacheon Center in Gyeongnam, ranked first nationwide in mobile phone service and was selected as a master for five consecutive years for the first time.
Jung Dong-joo, a professional in charge of B2B services in Seoul, received a perfect score for the first time in the customer satisfaction survey.
Song Young-hoon and Ahn Jin-beom, professionals responsible for home appliance on-site service at the Ansan Center in Gyeonggi, were selected as masters within one year of joining the company.
Engineers selected as CS Masters are provided with benefits such as personnel score bonuses, plaques, and benchmarking visits to overseas CS excellent companies.
Samsung Electronics Service stated that service quality has improved since the operation of the CS Master system. After introducing the CS Master system in 2019, customer 'service satisfaction' has increased by 13%.
