The Bye Bye Plastic Challenge is a campaign conducted in August 2023 under the Ministry of Environment, aimed at reducing unnecessary plastic use and promoting responsible consumption.
This campaign is carried out in a relay format, where participants declare their commitment to saying goodbye to plastic and nominate the next participant.
CEO Bae joined the campaign on the 26th of last month after being nominated by Yong-bae Lee, CEO of Hyundai Rotem, and recommended Mong-hyun Yoon, CEO of Gwangju Global Motors, as the next participant.
